Nevis
Nevis is known for its wonderful beaches, lush rain forests, historic ruins, charming capital Charlestown and restored 18th Century plantation inns. Part of the islands attraction is its rusticity: goats still amble through the streets of Charlestown, and local grocers announce whatever's in stock on a blackboard (anything from pig snouts to beer).
Nevis, like no other islands in the Caribbean, seem to embody a kind of lush tropical paradise. The atmosphere here is an intoxicating blend of sunlight, sea air and fantastically abundant vegetation. At the center of Nevis stands the spectacular, cloud-fringed Nevis Peak, a dormant volcano covered by dense tropical forest. The ground rises upward into a cloud forest filled with elusive green vervet monkeys and brilliant tropical flowers. For eco-tourists, or simply anyone who enjoys stunning natural beauty, Nevis cannot fail to exceed expectations.

St Lucia
St. Lucia possesses a stunning beauty, matched by no other island in the Caribbean. Its culture is a wonderful fusion of French, British and African tradition and its approximately 150,000 people bring this beauty and rich cultural heritage to life. The island is 27 miles long by 14 miles wide (238 square miles). It is an independent member of the British Commonwealth. While the officiallanguage is English, the lingua franca is a mellifluous, French based Patois that employs African vocabulary and structures. Similarly the local cuisine blends French and Island tradition with the freshest island ingredients.
The most conspicuous and exciting expression of St. Lucia's culture is its festivals. Carnival is by far the biggest event. Colorful animated parties, calypso contests and parades. This propensity for celebration is indulged each Friday when a classic West Indian "jump up" street party overtakes the tiny village of Gros Islet. St. Lucia's fasted growing event is the annual very hip Jazz Festival which takes place under thepalm trees at Pigeon Island. In addition to these "happenings" there are additional places to visit on the island.

Turks and Caicos
The beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands are situated 575 miles (or 75 minutes) southeast of Miami. Covering 193 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean, the Turks and Caicos Islands has the third largest coral reef system and the best tropical beaches in the world, making it a premier beach, diving and snorkelling destination and an ideal location for romance, family vacations, ecotourism and adventure seekers, which is probably why 60 percent of our visitors come back over and over again.
One of the most valuable possessions of the islands are the pristine white sandy beaches, which in total cover 230 miles and are complemented with crystal clear turquoise waters. The islands are relatively flat but vary from sand dunes to lush green vegetation.

There are eight inhabited islands: Salt Cay, Grand Turk, South Caicos, Middle Caicos, North Caicos, Providenciales, Parrot Cay and Pine Cay. East Caicos and West Caicos along with several other fascinating cays are uninhabited. People on the islands known as "Belongers" are known for their friendly spirit, which helps ensure this is a destination that helps people de-stress, feel comfortable and truly relax.
Parrot Cay Resort & Spa - 5 Star Deluxe
Location:
Parrot Cay, in the Turks & Caicos islands, is a tiny coral cay reached only by boat, with miles of wild pristine beaches. The hotel has been designed with simplicity and style in mind.

Avoid going in August as it can be too hot - 32C to over 37C. The peak season is in winter and spring, mid December to mid April but it is probably best to go between mid April and July.
Accommodation:
Rooms are airy and island, with a definite touch of Southeast Asia - teak four poster beds, muslin mosquito nets, Balinese hammocks to swing you to sleep on the terrace. But if privacy is what you really crave (which many of the Parrot Cay high profilers do) check into one of the two-room bungalows. They come with their own pool, so you can skinny dip, and do whatever else, in solitude, and, presumably, as soon as they've installed a private butler, you will never, ever have to leave it.

US Virgin Islands
Nowhere else in the Caribbean offers such a good vacation value as the US Virgins. Secluded beaches. National Parks. Duty-free shopping. Campgrounds. Kayaking. Hiking. Ecological tours. World-class diving. Superb sailing. Tropical forests. Local craftsmen. Island art. Sunbathing. Fine Dining. Nightlife.
St. Croix is the largest of the United States Virgin Islands, 82 square miles in area. There are two distinct towns to visit: Christiansted and Frederiksted. The architectural quality and historic interest of the one-time Danish West Indies capital has made part of Christiansted (founded in 1734) a National Historic Site. In Christiansted, you can shop the day away through quaint shops filled with French perfumes, china, crystal, batik clothing and jewelry. You can visit Buck Island, one of the world's finest dive spots. Moving west along the North Shore, visit the west side of Salt River where Columbus' crew landed in November of 1493.
Charlotte Amalie, the capital of the United States Virgin Islands and the most popular cruise port in the Caribbean. Charlotte Amalie (named for a Danish Queen) is where the ships dock and the white and pastel houses are heavily sprinkled against a background of emerald hills. Colorful sloops dock along the waterfront, and a few steps back, down alleyways lined with old Danish warehouse buildings, is a world-famous shopping center.
Even though St. John is the smallest of the Virgins, (28 square miles in size), many say it is the loveliest. Two thirds of St. John is a U.S. National Park, and here you see what the world is like when nature takes care of itself. Friends of the Virgin Islands National Park volunteers staff an information kiosk here. Spend day after day on beach after beach, each with its own panoramic view. Let a friendly mongoose lead you along a woodland trail. Many of them end on a plateaux high in the sky, offering panoramic views of white beaches, emerald cays, and turquoise waters.
