Ticket Update:
Firstly thank you for your patience with this process - some of you have had your tickets on order since the beginning of the year and we very much appreciate your support and patience as we have tried to overcome the difficulties and challenges that have been placed in our path!
Some of you will have already received invoices for your tickets and confirmations of your orders. We apologise for any discrepancies in price since this process began but BOCOG have recently amended their pricing structure and with the fluctuation in exchange rate we have had to amend some of the session prices. Where possible we have tried to honour our original price structure but this has not always been possible.
The good news is that we now have almost a complete allocation of tickets including our requirements for high demand swimming where we had a massive deficit. We have also overcome some issues with other high demand sessions. We still face huge problems over the original Olympic Green day pass scenario and in that instance we may not be able to offer you every session you requested. There may be alternative options for you but we cannot make any guarantees. Where possible we have ascertained what were the important sessions and ensured those were met.
We are also having some difficulties with some of the wheelchair requests and with a few sessions outside of Olympic Green. We have been assured (again) that we will be able to get these sessions before the event but it may not be by Friday. I can assure you that we have come too far to give up now so we will remain on top of this.
For almost every case we can now confirm your tickets for the Paralympic Games. It is little over 36 hours before we are due to open the Travel Places ticket desk in Beijing and we have just been allocated our final 1000 ticket allocation. We will be working around the clock to try and ensure we have all orders packaged and ready for collection but if we can ask for your patience when you come to collect them in case of discrepancies. We completely understand that this is a nerve wrecking and hopefully exciting time for you all and we are doing everything we can to make the process easy, unfortunately time is escaping quicker than we envisaged!
Please find below information on how to collect your tickets including the address and local mobile number for us should you need to contact us. For those of you who have received this information previously please note an amendment to the address as it was incomplete and to the phone number which has changed. The hours are only set until Sunday but we will be open after that every morning for collections. We are staying in the Novotel so we will not be far away!
Tickets can be collected from Travel Places locally in Beijing; we will have a desk in the lobby of the Novotel XinQiao which will be open during the following times:

Please can we ask anyone who has not filled in a booking form to bring with them their credit card so that we can take the information down at that time and process payment back to the office. The receipt will be sent to you at your home address from Travel Places in the UK. Alternatively it can be completed and returned to Kerry (in the UK) and we can then get you to sign off on the invoice when you collect the tickets and process payment.
If at all possible can we ask that any urgent questions be sent by email and Melissa will endeavour to get back to you asap; however we are going to try and spend the next 36 hours packaging over 10,000 tickets in readiness for the start of the Paralympic Games on Saturday evening.

All venues at the Paralympics will have accessible seats for spectators with a disability and seats for their companions, please advise us at the time of booking if you require this facility.
