Latest Travel Industry UpdatesCabin Baggage UpdateThe Department of Transport has recently given approval at a number of UK airports to remove the one-bag restriction on hand luggage. London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London City, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and Jersey airports can now accommodate two pieces of cabin baggage through security. The one bag size of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (including wheels, pockets & handles) remains the same, and in addition one briefcase or laptop sized bag will be permitted. All other hand baggage restrictions apply.
