Technical ResourcesTravel Places has the most cutting edge technology available, in both our reservations systems and our database management. Our systems ensure speed, accuracy, cost effectiveness and convenience. We have a working relationship with British Airways that is second to none, being their largest supplier in the UK for a single sport, and as such have direct access to their computer system and special fares; a privilege only afforded to a small number of elite travel companies. We have the ability to delay a British Airways scheduled flight for our group returning home after the race. Being an agent of American Express Europe Ltd, (Business Travel Division) means we also provide a back-up 24 hour emergency service to all of clients wherever they may be in the world. Personnel & OfficeOver 30 staff operate from our purpose built, bright, airy offices in Worthing West Sussex. This comprises all the company functions under one roof; including the Flight Department, Hotels, Car Hire, the Accounts Department and Management. Our staff access the largest database in the Travel Business for Air Fares and Hotel Rates. Regular training is undertaken to ensure all our staff have the most up to date knowledge in this fast paced industry.
