Nothing motivates your sports students or club members more than being ‘on tour’. Playing and training abroad in foreign locations is exciting. It provides the opportunity to play in tournaments with other touring teams or matches against local opposition. Not only is it very different but it can be extremely beneficial to both the participating players and also for the teaching/managerial staff who get to witness a wider range of match play and training techniques. The experience and confidence gained by “touring” is invaluable and the improvement in performances is noticeable when back home. We call it Teamwork.
