Booking Terms & Conditions

50% deposit is required at the time of booking the package.
Final balance will be required on or before 07 May 2010.
All flights will be invoiced separately according to the rules and restrictions of the tickets.
Should flights chosen form part of a group, deposits will reflect this.
Payment will be taken in Pound Stirling only.
Should any packages be cancelled by passengers for any reason, all deposits paid will be non refundable.
All hotel incidentals are to be settled directly to the hotel by the client on departure from the hotel on the day of checkout.
In the event of a specific land based tour not taking place for any reason, Travel Places will refund monies relavent to that tour only.
Travel Places acts solely as an agent in making a booking for the land packages and has no obligation whatsoever for the operation of the travel arrangements.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have all relevant visa waiver documentation for entry into the USA, for assistance please see the ESTA page on our stop press section.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure they are adequately insured against loss damage or injury whilst travelling.
